A study called the “New England Centenarian Study” has concluded that you are four times more likely to live past 90 if you have a parent that is a centenarian. Can you increase your life expectancy with environmental and lifestyle changes? It is most definitely worth a try, and will do doubt increase the quality of your life.

  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Get sufficient sleep
  • Exercise 30 minutes at least five days a week
  • Don’t smoke
  • Keep your mind alert and engaged
  • Stay optimistic
  • Socialize regularly
  • Lose excess weight
  • Drink plenty of water
